G&F Group underwent restructuring in 2005, transitioning from "Shenzhen State-owned Duty-Free Industrial Trading Co., Ltd.
In 2016, we entered into a strategic partnership with ZTO International and co-invested to establish ZTO Express (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (CTO), officially launching our cross-border logistics and overseas warehouse services.
In 2023, we established a sales representative office and an overseas warehouse in Turkey.
In 2024, we initiated our production capacity expansion layout along the Mediterranean coast.
In 2025, we reached a strategic cooperation intent with a leading Tunisian textile industry enterprise.
Based on years of deep cultivation and practical experience in the supply chain field, our company plans to advance the North Africa production capacity project in 2026.
We have established a tripartite development strategy of "Industrial Chain Integration, Supply Chain Collaboration, and New Energy & Capital Empowerment."
